If you believe your item to be faulty, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of your bottle.
Your Suis bottle is a piece that we know you will treat with love and care. However if you do accidentally break the glass within the first 30 days of purchase, we will replace the glass bottle (excluding the lid) for you. Simply email us at email@example.com: a photo of your broken bottle, a copy of your original receipt and a description in 200 words or less how it broke and why you would love another one. You will need to pay the shipping costs, however we will pay for the replacement. This is limited to one replacement per customer. Alteration, misuse or abuse void this policy.
