Where does Suis ship to?

Suis ships throughout Australia and all over the world. Australian orders will be shipped using the Shippit delivery service via their courier network and International orders will be shipped using DHL.

What are your delivery costs?

Our usual delivery costs are as below:

  • Free delivery on all orders of 2 or more bottles within Australia
  • All single bottle orders within Australia will be charged a flat fee of AUD$9.95
  • All international orders will be charged a flat fee of AUD$29.95
When will my order arrive?

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation of payment. Delivery times below are from the point of dispatch.*

Regional hubs eg. Gold Coast, Wollongong, Geelong 2-4 business days

*Remote/regional Australian areas can take longer for delivery. There may be delays in delivery times during public holidays.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all Australian and International orders are trackable. Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive an email with the link to the tracking service.

Will I need to be home to receive my order?

All domestic deliveries require signature on delivery. We recommend that to guarantee delivery, your order should be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm during business days. If no one is at your specified postal address when delivery is attempted, the courier service will leave a card which will direct you to a local post office, collection centre or newsagency for collection.

What happens to my international order?

Please be aware that orders may be subject to delays as well as additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside Australia. We advise you to please check with your local customs and duties office for more information. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?
